WHAT AREAS DO SWISH SERVICES OPERATE IN?
We currently service Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Te Puke. In Tauranga includes the outer suburbs of Te Puna and Omokoroa. We do the odd job outside these areas but will require an additional fee.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET AN ACCURATE QUOTE FROM SWISH?
Good news! we pride ourselves in getting back to you within an hour with an initial estimate. We will then usually get you an accurate quote within 24 hours if one is required.
DO YOU DO BUILDERS CLEANS, CLEANING WINDOW FRAMING AND SCRAPING WINDOWS ETC?
We certainly do! please let us know what you require and we will do our best to provide you with an accurate quote to cover this premium clean.
WHAT ARE YOUR WAIT TIMES USUALLY LIKE FOR WINDOW CLEANING?
We will always aim to get to your job within 7 days. However if you require an urgent window clean we can usually go the extra mile and make this happen! The only exceptions are during the busy lead up to Christmas/New Year, so book in early during this time.
WHY DO YOU ONLY SPRAY THE EXTERIORS OF HOUSES?
We only spray exteriors as we believe this is the most affordable and healthy service for our customers. From our experience and research, by effectively spraying the exterior of a house this creates an ongoing barrier from the outside that will leave the inside of your house spider free etc.
ARE THE CHEMICALS YOU USE SAFE FOR PEOPLE?
The product we use is only harmful while being sprayed, this is why our sprayers always wear full head to toe covering and respirators. We ask customers that while we are spraying they stay away from the premises for approx. 4 hours. Once the product has settled and dried on to your house it does not pose any further health risk.
HOW DOES INSECT/SPIDER SPRAYING WORK?
The spray we use contains an active ingredient that when sprayed on the outside of window frames. doors, eaves etc will dry and remain there not only killing all existing bugs and spiders but will kill and repel any future bugs that try and land on the surfaces. If spiders etc are hidden within cracks etc when spraying the active chemical will remain on old spider webs etc and kill the spiders when they eventually come out.
WHAT LEAD TO SWISH DIVERSIFYING INTO INSECT SPRAYING?
As one of Tauranga’s premium Window Cleaning Services, SWISH was being requested time and time again for help in removing and preventing cobwebs and spiders. We decided to spend some time developing an exterior spraying service that used a trusted product for our customers. That way we could help protect their windows and frames from insects and spiders and keep their houses looking great!
